Vera Bradley had a survey in July 2012 that had these 14 colors! This was the first time they did a survey with this many colors, so it was hard to tell what was going to happen. Well, I still dont have all the details, but some of these are the Fall and Winter colors for 2013. I dont know when we will know which will be coming out each season, but I did find out the names of the ones they are going to make!
In the forth row, I am still not sure which one is Venetian Paisley...we will have to wait and see I guess.
La Neon Rose Bittersweet Not a Fall/Winter color
Not a Fall/Winter color Canterberry Magenta Not a Fall/Winter color
Olivia Pink Heather Cocoa Moss
Maybe Venetian Paisley Lola Maybe Venetian Paisley
Not a Fall/Winter color Canterberry Cobolt
loving all of the paisleys...finally!!! Olivia Pink and Heather and either Venetian Paisley are great!! Very happy with this group! Really liking that Olivia Pink...my favorite colors.
ReplyDeleteHeather and the 2 Canterberry colors are so pretty. Definitely nice to see as I am not in love with any of the current colors at all! So will be saving my money for these really pretty ones.
ReplyDeleteI like Olivia Pink and Heather. My favorite color is pink so I go for pinks mostly. I will have to see what they all look like in person or on QVC or in a video you post but for now I like the 2 I mentioned.
ReplyDeleteI do love the summer color Lily Bell.
DeleteOOOO I'm LOVING Olivia Pink!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo Canterberry magenta is not a fall/winter pattern? Sorry I can tell because I'm on my iPhone. Super bummed, that's the one I wanted most :-(
ReplyDeleteI couldn't tell on my phone either but on the blog it is one of patterns!!!!
DeleteOh my gosh so excited thank you for checking for me I am at the dr office :-)

ReplyDeleteIM GOING TO BE BROKE!! I loooove cocoa moss , olivia pink , bittersweet and lola!! Such a perfect color scheme for fall Im so excited I cant wait!! Im loving plum crazy right now , and the only color I want from summer is tutti frutti so Im pretty stoked about having such a wide range of gorgeous colors!!
ReplyDeleteI don't care for the summer colors (except maybe Tutti Frutti) so I'll be saving my money up for Heather & Canterberry Magenta!!!! Cocoa Moss might be tempting as well ;)
ReplyDeleteBummer about the peacocks in the final row - those were my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI agree! And none of these really calls to me. We'll have to see how they look on the bags!
DeleteBittersweet may be my winter color, will have to see more of it. Some of the other fabrics I like except for the green/olive in them. Again will have to see them made up in some totes to really decide.
ReplyDeleteI agree-- really liked the Peacocks... bummer.
ReplyDeleteI like the Venetian if it the one on the right...other, not so much, Heather, and Cocoa Moss. Oh well, guess I'll be saving some money at least....lol. Not a fan of olive/avocado green..
Hope Venetian isn't the one on left as well. Also most upset over peacocks but also the fact the black with small pink flower buds isn't one. And wish Lola was black, not a navy ground. I don't know. Maybe I'll like both Canterberry's?
ReplyDeleteMy completely unprofessional opinion, but I'm a Vegas gal, so I like to make bets: Preface 1) VB does release similar color schemes (think Tea Garden/Lili Bell) but not back to back or definitely same season, so since Heather and the right hand possible Venetian Paisley are so similar, my side bet is Venetian is really the one on the left side with seemingly yellow or citrine. Preface 2) There are 9 real colors, they could be doing 3 splits like they experimented with last fall with 2 releases of 3, or 1 could be a new Breast Cancer print and a separate release like Ribbons was. But I'm using the theory instead that the 2 Canterberries will be released as "1" sort of like the former Twirlybirds. Thus the pretty typical as of late 4 prints each release. All that said--My bets:
ReplyDeleteFall: La Neon Rose, Bittersweet, (left handed) Venetian Paisley, and Lola. This is based on a bit of bright to not say goodbye to summer feelings so fast (and of course fall still releases in plenty of time for late summer shopping), but also like Bittersweet grounded more neutral colors for autumn.
Winter: Both Canterberries, Olivia Pink, Heather, Cocoa Moss. My feelings here are more subdued shades and colors, plus something about Olivia Pink starts to become reminiscent of greenery and holly berries, even though pink not red.
Only thing, if one does prove to be a seperately released Cancer print- Lola and Olivia pink are the only pinks. But then I say Cocoa Moss becomes Fall.
Anybody wanna have some fun and try your hand at this with me? (If this thread is ok with our lovely leader and blogger.)
Love, love, love Bittersweet. It reminds me a lot of Carnaby (my all time fave). Also liking Heather... love the plums for Fall. Can't wait!!! Thanks for such a great blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving La Neon Rose, Heather, (another old name that they bought back) Canterberry Magenta, Canterberry Cobolt and CoCo Moss. i can't wait to see them in person! epically Coco Moss!
ReplyDeleteCocoa Moss - Hands Down!! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI, as well, am going to end up broke! La Neon Rose is pretty and so different, I like it a lot same with Cocoa Moss and Canterberry Cobalt. Can't wait to see which ones release!
ReplyDeleteCanterberry Cobalt is amazing!!!! How pretty would it be to mix and match that with black microfiber????? Like seriously considering theming my wedding off of that, no lie!! :) La Neon Rose and Bittersweet are also very cool - I can't wait for these colors to launch! :-)
ReplyDeleteHow do you get to take these surveys?
ReplyDeleteFINALLY a paisley pattern that isnt some awkward pastel color or pink. TOO MUCH PINK. The lola reminds me of a modernized Mod Floral, which I like a lot.
ReplyDeleteI saw both the canterbury magenta & cobalt at a vera store in Delaware on Saturday and couldn't find the pattern until I found it here.
ReplyDeleteSorry to break it to you, but neither of those are Venetian Paisley. It has a navy blue background and not as much paisley as either of those. It will be coming out as a part of the winter colors and is being released September 19th.
ReplyDeleteThat's correct, neither of those are Venetian Paisley. This post is from February and since then there are many posts with Venetian Paisley.
DeleteWill Canterberry Magenta be coming out in winter then? That's the one I am most excited for :)
